I am Dr. Chhavi Mitharwal, holding a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Functional Materials & Devices, along with an M.Tech. in VLSI Design. I have around two years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level, where I have taught core electronics subjects, including Digital Electronics, Electronic Devices, Computer Organization & Architecture.

My academic interests lie in nanotechnology, digital system design, VLSI, artificial intelligence applications in electronics, and the Internet of Things. I enjoy integrating emerging technologies with traditional electronics to develop innovative teaching methodologies and practical, industry-oriented projects. My research and project work have focused on lead-free piezoelectrics for electromechanical device applications.

As an educator, I believe in creating an interactive and application-driven learning environment. I encourage students to bridge theoretical concepts with hands-on implementation through simulations, hardware experiments, and project-based learning. I continuously strive to update my knowledge through research, professional development programs, and emerging technological advancements.

I am passionate about contributing to academic excellence through quality teaching, research, curriculum development, and mentoring students to become skilled engineers and lifelong learners.
