The primary objective of Training & Placement Cell (T&P) is to provide employment opportunities and professional training to the students. At GST, the T&P cell strives to collaborate with industries to provide campus placements and internships to all the students. The institute also has an Industry Institute Interaction cell to collaborate with industry for consultancy projects where the students get to work on live projects and on problem statements provided by the industry. The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally handles campus placement of the graduating students of the University. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure for the companies visiting the campus.

Training & Placement Cell of SIES GST is actively involved in grooming the fresh Engineering Graduates and making them Industry ready. The T&P team conducts and organizes various training activities and seminars throughout the academic session to enhance employability skills of the students across the four years of academic tenure. Higher studies aspirants are provided with the relevant information and guidance to prepare for the competitive exams, as per their area of interest.
