The major objective of the ISTE are:
Providing quality training programmes to teachers and administrators of technical institutions to update their knowledge and skills in their fields of activity.
To assist and contribute in the production and development of top quality professional engineers and technicians needed by the industry and other organisations.
Providing guidance and training to students to develop better learning skills and personality.
SIES Graduate School of Technology, Nerul, Navi Mumbai is a member of both ISTE Student and Faculty Chapters. The ISTE Chapter was formed in the year 2011 and the Student Chapter was formed in the year 2014.
Through chapter, various Short Term Training Programmes and workshops are conducted for Faculties. And, ISTE student chapter organizes two major events; ByteCamp and Model United Nations along with many other seminars and workshops.
